Sgt Moraven: I think there's 24 of them, one for each letter in the alphabet
-
That feeling when you're getting 90 FPS Average though, instead of 50

Sgt Moraven: He was shoving SunnyD down my throat... The juice not the other D

I'll take Japan but I am expecting my new computer to come in today so it depends on when that arrives

If we're claiming countries I want Japan

I'm down for a game of this, I'd like to see what rules we'll have before comitting though

We're moving over the bulk of the file stuff to drop box as we discovered an issue with Google drive. Everybody that signed up to be an editor earlier should have an email with the drop box folder. Come find myself or Cpl Vandevord with any questions. Also, we hope to start everything at the end of winter stand down, anybody interested in recording or editing come find me or Cpl Vandevord and we will get you set up.

Give it a chance, probably one of the best covers I've ever heard

Moving this over from the other forums As a unit we lack one thing, large scale publicity across the arma community and youtube. Having a huge public image helps with recruiting and retention. 2ndLt Vandevord, 2ndLt Purcell, SSgt McAllister & I believe we have a solution. We need to bridge the gap between those who do record or have the desire to record in 720p or 1080p but do not have the skills, time, or desire to edit the videos with those who enjoy editing videos together. While 2-3 hours raw cuts may appeal to some in the world, most folks want to see the good stuff, action clips. So myself and Lt Vandevord are organizing teams of volunteer recorders and editors to work together to pump out more videos. All positions recording or editing are volunteer based and since this are unofficial media crews, no promotion points are awarded. It’s all those who want to volunteer time and resources for the good of the unit. We’d also like to say we do recognize that real life comes first and any volunteers can switch on and off from actively helping as they wish. Here’s how the process would work. Sgt J. Fuckernuts records a deployment operation or FTX (this isn’t for fun ops or other games) Sgt J. Fuckernuts uploads the raw video to google drive or youtube or whatever. Then sends a PM with the link/timeline on where the action is at, to 2ndLt Vandevord or myself. 2ndLt Vandevord or myself will send the info to one of our volunteer editors. Video gets edited. It will be basic editing, we won't be adding music or tons of shiny things to it unless the editors is willing. The final video gets reviewed by 2ndLt Vandevord or myself and sent back to the original recorder (Sgt J Fuckernuts) so s/he can upload it to their own youtube channel. If Sgt J Fuckernuts is willing S-5 will upload a copy of the final video to the 13thMEU’s youtube channel. In description of the video, a link to Sgt J Fuckernuts’ channel will be included. It also possible the original recorder can just have it put on the 13th’s youtube and not uploaded it to his. The process is subject to change. If anyone is interested for either role or has any ideas or questions feel free to reply to this thread or to send a PM to 2ndLt Vandevord and myself
