Capt Hawkins Posted April 15, 2023 OPERATION ORDER DATE OF OPERATION OTL 15APR23 - 1500 EST IUT 07JUN21 - 1200 IGT ORIENTATION: Serbian forces have invaded Kosovo and Montenegro, and the US has intervened. Currently, the Serbian 1st and 2nd Brigades are retreating as the Montenegrins counterattack along the frontlines. The 63rd Parachute Brigade has largely fled the area, but the 72nd Special Operations Brigade is still in the AO. Hostile aviation has largely been eliminated, though there may be a few Serbian helicopters still in the AO. We are conducting operations to aid the Montenegrins in liberating their territory. 1. SITUATION a. Enemy Forces Size: Unknown Activity: Unit: Serbian 3rd Brigade Time: 07JUN21 - 1200 IGT Equipment: Small Arms, Tanks, APCs, IFVs, Motorized, Other Supporting Vehicles b.Friendly Forces The Montenegrin 2nd Infantry Battalion is advancing North with our support. They have concentrated their forces and are pushing along the MSRs. Montenegrin forces are holding a loose perimeter around OBJ CAULDRON and will have APCs and MRAPs available to aid in the assault. Montenegrin resistance forces are operating behind the lines and may be able to provide support. Carrier Air Wing One is on standby if necessary, though it is currently tasked with strikes against Serbian forces in Kosovo. An AC-130 flying out of Spain will be available to provide fire support. An RQ-4 will be conducting high-altitude reconnaissance of the area as well. c. MISSION Alpha Company (WHO) is attempting to roll back Serbian gains (WHAT) against the Montenegrins in AO ATLAS (WHERE) to liberate the country (WHY). 3. EXECUTION a. Commander's Intent Commander's intent is to clear out OBJ CAULDRON of all enemy forces and capture any POWs able at OBJ BROOM. b. Concept of the Operation MSOT 8313 is tasked with clearing out the Fuxin military base (OBJ CAULDRON) that the Montenegrins have surrounded and preventing Serbian forces from withdrawing intact from the North with collaborators (OBJ BROOM). The Montenegrins would like their military infrastructure returned intact, as well as any collaborators alive for trial. If either of these presents a significant threat to the team, however, the team is cleared to engage appropriately. Collaborators will be identifiable as wearing police uniforms. Additional tasking will be given in-field as determined as needed by ROUNDTABLE. - Scheme of Maneuver OBJ CAULDRON - Hades will be transported via HELO to LZ near OBJ CAULDRON (recommend coordinating with Montenegrins for best LZs) Hades will deploy any ISR assets available here. Hades will make plan for assault Hades will move to AP(s) Hades will conduct an assault on OBJ. Hades will conduct SSE & will hand over any POWs to friendly Montenegrin forces. POSSIBLE RESSUPLY AT COP STILLETO DEPENDING ON USAGE AT OBJ CAULDRON OBJ BROOM Hades will begin movement via HELO to LZ east of OBJ BROOM. Hades will move to OBJ Hades will eliminate or capture all collaborators at OBJ. Hades will conduct SSE Hades will EXFILL - Fire Support Plan 160th SOAR via established JTAC/Air-Ground Channels or Hades HQ/10 if no JTAC is present. c. Administration -Transportation Method of transporting will be done by aerial assets of the 160th SOAR or Technical variants. -Supply Rearm will be from COP Stiletto or delivered by the 160th. - Casualties Treated via self aid initially followed by SARCs - Enemy Prisoners Of War (EPOWs) Detain in as secure of a location as possible, conduct aid as needed, hand over to HQ at earliest opportunity. b.
