I currently work for a third service EMS agency on a "Debit Day" rotating schedule. 1 on, 1 off, 1 on, 5 off. 
However, I am on a school schedule for college which rotates my days from Thurs,Fri to Sat,Sun every other week.
The schedule will be dynamically changing, but I should be able to participate most weeks, and I will advise ahead of time if I will not be present.

It's been a long time since I have played Arma, and I remember the 3rd MRB being one of the better groups I have spent time with.
