Looks a lot like recent GRU, Alpha or Vympel group. Modern Russian SF is pretty indistinguishable from its western counterparts in terms of gear, the weapons being the only main visual difference. Even the old wood furnitured rifles are being phased out in favour of polymer and Picatinny rails.
