SpoilerLike Flanders in Navarre
The lilies of France have bloomed,
From Riga to Gibraltar, they give a free hope.
Europe, Europe, Europe free yourself
Great, strong and free. Europe free yourself
From the yoke of the barbarians.
Yalta separated us
With a bloody iron curtain
The red ones have immured you
As in an iron cage.
East, the dictatorship of
Communist barbarians
West, the rot
From the materialist sewer.
Drift aside the red flags
Blood of all the martyrs
The rebellious Europe is moving
And free wants to build itself.
We are marching against Yalta
And against imperialism
We sing for the Europa
And for nationalism.
Europe of St. Vladimir
Of St. Louis, St. Benedict,
Tomorrow you will shine
If Christ the King wants it

Put on hold for a week due to being busy IRL.

Roster updated. If there are no people interested in dismounted infantry, since the Merkavas can act as troop carriers too - I'll remove the infantry roster and add more tanks. Although it'd be nice to do it as structured now.
-
The goal of this mission is to try out the new Tank DLC and clash two conventional forces against one another during a combined arms operation with armored vehicles and infantry while on a large/realistic armored and aircraft map.

Operation Abraham's Fist
Mechanized - Armored PvE Fun Operation
Intro
Following the 1974 Mali Civil War, two countries separated and proclaimed independence from the Republic of Mali. The countries that broke off were the Republic of Prusalem and the Islamic State of Mutrana. Due to ethic and religious differences, the two countries would often end up having border disputes and skirmishes. Outside of that, they maintained relatively peaceful relations. On the 5th of April 2018, the government of the Islamic State of Mutrana decided to commence a flash attack on the Prusalem city of Grosa, inflicting heavy civilian and law enforcement casualties. The attack was a retaliatory response to the murder of a government official; rumors lead to believe that the Prusalem state security agency was behind this assassination. The two countries are currently in a state of high alert and it seems that war is unavoidable, arms are starting to pour in to support both sides. Isreal and France are the two main armament sponsors behind the Republic of Prusalem, while Saudi Arabia is supporting and arming the Islamic State of Mutrana through backwater channels.
Situation Briefing
The President of Prusalem has given the Army the go-ahead to proceed with the first strike and commence an armored spearhead into Islamist territory. The Isreali Sayeret Matkal unit has been covertly inserted into our country and are currently performing reconnaissance while behind enemy lines, and our Merkavas are ready to commence combat operations and destroy the enemies defensive emplacements. Task Force Arrow's task will be to push into Mutranian territory and seize the town of Seim, and hold it until Task Force Gopher arrives. We should expect heavy enemy armor and infantry presence inside and around that town according to the French Military Intelligence report. Enemy air presence is expected to be low as the front is currently in a dead-lock due to friendly SAM sites. Expect low air support, and occasional artillery support. Our batteries will commence firing on distant enemy positions and the enemy airfield at the city of Moyita as soon as we commence combat operations.

Man I'd cream myself if these two teams got to work on joint packs together. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if it's just a 1st of April meme.

I have a massive boner for Cold War guns. G3s and FALs are cool as fuck guns, I had the opportunity to fire a FAL in real life. I own a Beretta 92FS IRL but sort of want to get a Sig P226.

New Military Branches

The idea behind the Space Force, for most countries (China, Russia), is to maintain and destroy high and low orbit satellites that are used for intelligence gathering, surveillance and communication. Pic related is a picture of an F-15 firing an ASM-135. We won't be fighting insurgencies on Mars any time soon (sadly). I don't know if that justifies the creation of a whole branch since their role would be pretty limited in a regard. The Strategic Force concept that Cole brought up makes more sense.
There were several treaties that were brought up and shot down in the UN that would assure a complete de-armament of space. Right now there is the Outer Space Treaty which de-nuclearizes it and assures no WMDs are placed in space. Somewhat nonsensical, since technically every ICBM is a spacecraft that is, at one point, in outer space (the apoapsis of the craft upon target designation is in outer space), yet countries seem to not care for that.
Additionally, we have the SPT and PPWT which haven't been adopted fully due to China and Russia presenting them before the UN and polarization politics playing their part.
