The Division 2 for PC who has/ getting it?

I'm thinking about getting the division 2 but I only am going to get it if I know there are people to play it with, so I'm wondering who has it or is going to get it? It releases tomorrow the 15th but if you pre-ordered one of the higher tier editions then you can start playing it as early as the 12th.
