MSOT 8313 HADES, 160th SOAR

SITUATION

3d MRB will assist the 13th MEU (SOC) in seizing the central island of Tanoa from Russian Forces.

 

ENEMY:

A reinforced Brigade of Russian Forces have established defensive positions on the central island of Tanoa.

 

Brigade Composition:

1x BTG 27th Guards Motor Rifle Brigade (Mech Infantry)

1x BTG 247th Air Assault Regiment (VDV)

 

FRIENDLY:

13th MEU is conducting a heliborne assault, utilizing an air corridor created during the first strikes, IOT capture the town of Kotomo, establish a foothold on the island & attempt to provoke OPFOR artillery into revealing it's position.

 

3d MRB MSOTs will assist the assault by conducting raids on OPFOR HQ/C2 centers IOT disrupt their ability to reinforce or control their forces.

 

MSOT Raids & 13th MEU Assault will be conducted simultaneously beginning at 1730 Local.

 

MISSION

MSOT 8313 Hades & 160th SOAR will conduct a raid on the Lumberyard IVO (089,119) & Surrounding area IOT

1. Disrupt or Destroy Company HQ

2. Collect intelligence from HQ & instalations

3. Destroy OPFOR BMP-2 Platoon

 

RECONNAISSANCE

The reconnaissance picture is provided using SIGINT & IMINT & HUMINT.

 

Markings of enemy positions are incomplete and are generally expected to be accurate at ± 50 meters
