Going back to the classics for the fifth weekend and Halloween. The adventures of MTF Omega-2 "SNAFU" continue in Arizona, where Foundation Site-14 has gone offline. You will need to investigate the site and deploy any method deemed necessary to contain any anomalous entities that have broken containment. Unfortunately, something appears to have gone wrong. There was an initial alert that several containment measures were failing, followed by a complete system failure across the site before all communication ceased. That a complete system failure could occur on its own is extremely unlikely, and may indicate hostile action by outside forces.
