Just a reminder that 100 years ago today, one of the bloodiest and most brutal wars of the 20th century ended with the signing of the November 11th Armistice. The Great War was a war with no real 'bad guy', and I respect all of the soldiers from all participant nations; nearly 10 million military personnel perished in the four years of fighting. Let's hope that this history never repeats itself, and those that perished rest easy knowing they made a sacrifice for something they believed in. 100 years ago, it would've been us in the trenches. What is the Winter Stand-down Classic? The WSC will be a series of Rally/Rallycross Motorsport Events on Arma 3. The races will take place on a variety of custom-built tracks on multiple maps, with Racing Teams battling for the best lap time/track position. What Will the Mods Consist Of? The Modpack will be the standard 3d MRB Modpack alongside these Steam Mods (LINK). When Will the WSC Take Place? I can't wait for this mod to release already. I hope they add a bunch of the Group B monsters (I see the Audi, but I hope they add the Lancias, Ferraris, etc.). Would anyone be interested in an interim rally race sometime soon? The GOS N'something map has some pretty insane roads that would be fun to race on. @SSgt Anderson I'm sure its cool that I make a Group B recruitment video for the unit, right?

@GySgt Specter what card you using? I'll swear at the Polish devs in their filthy language for a fix. WW3's pretty fun but buyer beware it does have a long way to go in terms of development.

Currently work retail part-time and going to school. Probably going to shelve that for a while and enlist in the US Army as a 19K (M1 Abrams Crewman) because I want to vaporize someone with a 120mm sabot work in a military field where I have some family tradition (great uncle was a Panzer Officer on the Eastern Front, died in/around Stalingrad sometime during the encirclement; Grandfather was a Polish conscript T-55 and T-72 crewman in the mid-to-late 80's; Distant uncle was a PT-91 (Polish T-72 copy) commander in the 90's.) and I think I can enjoy. If I like the Army, might get out and go into the college-to-officer program that they offer and try for Armored Officer, if not I'll take the free college and finish up a business degree or try to get into a law school.
