If anyone can tell me where that fucker was before he materialized on that corner I'll give them a candy bar.  I guess he was off to the right in the bushes but I wasn't the only guy over on that corner - you'd think somebody would have seen him approach the corner.  I swear to God he just fucking *poofed* into existence. 

Is it possible that he dropped out of the open window above?

Idk. At least we know who shot Falconer. He must have just fallen down or something...I have nooo idea.
