I think needs to be a balance, in all sides, from people overly expose in some situations acting as Superman running in the open and not doing tactically, having the rear guard open and an enemy approaching from behind and hitting everybody, I like realism and a playable game, but not extreme realism and surrealism. Tactics and common sense should be used first to avoid getting injured in the first place, we supposed to be SOF don't we? I have seen Medical teams running out of supplies due to massive casualties scenarios but also if this happens you can call calvary and send a resupply at least I think you can send an automated resupply using Zeus reinforcement module so Aviation will not be redirected to do the task. So leave like it is now, implements the new mod and adjusts the SOP to incorporate the splint and if you need more call for a resupply.

Why do you play (milsim)? I always wanted to be in the military. But life took me on a different path and never fulfill my dream. So milsim is the opportunity to relive that. Why Arma? The only game that I know so far have these many options. But I don't play too much now, a mid 30's guy so I'm not much into the new trends and that stuff. Why us? I actually started in the 506th, played with some friends, then the drama got in the middle, left because I felt it was the right thing to do, then the 13th, then here, then IRL drama, more unit drama, switched to the 75th, more drama, then back to here to share the camaraderie between members . For now, enjoying the new unit role and my new unit job, IRL stuff getting in the middle sometimes, but trying to do the work right.

I like the 3d MRB Theme (default) is show a more well structured environment the only thing that I will changed it will be the square avatar I think the circled one will be better, but other than that is fine. And the high definition avatars will be nice these one seem like low resolution

I believe Battalion HQ was working on this, I participate in the test group a couple weeks ago. Check with your CoC so they can reach higher echelons and ask about this. But if you want to do it fur fun, go for it, more training = less pain in the battlefield.
