Its offset because thats how my monitors are. also teal.

I have the only "Gaming" PC and the people are dumb and don't understand Steam so I added everything to desktop. Which I have slowly been deleted so the stuff I play are left. :'(

my right monitor is higher than my left. hence the offset. i set it that way. its because of how my desk is.
