@SSgt Carter How'd you get VCOM units to garrison successfully?

Is there any opinion on VCOM AI so far? Have you found that it presents a greater challenge, or is it just annoying?

No one on the ground has any suggestions or requests? I don't believe that at all.

I think most teams/elements do their training on Friday evenings, so you may want to push this back a day to increase attendance.

There is no submission period. You can always send requests for additions, changes, etc up your COC. Or am I misreading…? Either way, the base looks pretty well designed so far to me. I would recommend keeping walkways clear, but the ambient design looks solid. What map is that?

US Cyber Command already exists, yes. But it's not a military branch, it's a command grouping similar to SOCOM, PACOM, etc. Also, never count on a government agency to get you anywhere, let alone back in space. SpaceX is doing the heavy lifting (pun intended) there.
