I love the editing

After looking at mod lists for most of the above, I was thinking FTB Infinity Lite. It seems to have a healthy mix of all the above mods (or alternatives to them), and it's for a more recent version of Minecraft. I'll be giving it a test after the operation tonight, if it works OK, I'll post the server details!

If you guys would like we can probably find a healthy mix of magic/techie stuff, I love the techie stuff but haven't looked too much into magical stuff yet. FTB is always a good one for that and relatively easy to set up, they have a separate launcher that doesn't require any user registration or anything too, I believe... I'll look into finding a modpack that isn't overly imposing - we don't necessarily have to do stuff together if someone wants to lone wolf it, either.

You need "FTB Revelation" to play on it -- you can find launcher alternatives here: https://www.feed-the-beast.com/ I use Curse myself and recommend it if you have a Curse account. I found out someone made a mod to up the fidelity on textures etc a bit - downloading it and giving it a test. If it works alright, I'll add it to the main post!

Apologies, loasdathings to do and I had some issues with the avatars code last time around. I'll be looking into it once more fairly soon, but I'd like to make some other changes at the same time that am still planning out. I'll post in this topic when I'm doing it, however.
